1. Leading Web Solutions, LLC is not responsible for loss of service arising from failure of Lwebs servers, telecommunications carriers, Internet backbones, Internet servers or routers, client computers or software, or clients' customer computers or software.
   
   
2. Any content deemed by Leading Web Solutions, LLC to be offensive, obscene, immoral, or in violation of applicable copyright or trademark law, shall be removed immediately upon discovery on any Lwebs website, and associated Lwebs accounts are subject to termination at the discretion of Leading Web Solutions, LLC.
   
   
3. All programming code and programming concepts of the Lwebs system and the Administration Panel are copyrighted by and the property of Leading Web Solutions, LLC, and shall not be reproduced or distributed without the express written permission of Leading Web Solutions, LLC.
   
   
4. Content of each Lwebs website is the property of the account holder, and the account holder affirms that it has full copyright ownership of such content, or that it has obtained proper permission from the copyright owner(s) for use of such content, or that such content is in the public domain. The account holder affirms that it will indemnify and hold harmless Leading Web Solutions, LLC against any claims of libel, copyright, or trademark infringement with respect to the use of such content.

Leading Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to alter the composition and pricing of the free and/or paid services it offers at any time, or to cancel any or all services, without notice to account holders. Leading Web Solutions, LLC also reserves the right to deny or cancel any account on any basis at its sole discretion.
